Your booking is considered confirmed once we receive your deposit; the deposit is calculated as 30% of total reservation amount.

We offer very flexible cancellation conditions up to one day before the arrival date.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
- A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking. If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the chosen date, the full amount will be refunded.
- Up to 15 days before your arrival, we can decide together whether to use the same deposit for another stay, so as not to lose the amount paid.
- From 15 days until the day before your arrival, we will send a voucher worth 50% of the deposit.
CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR EARLY DEPARTURE
- In case of early departure, the full amount of the stay as quoted, net of the deposit, will be required. We will then issue a 50% voucher to be used for a future stay so as not to lose the entire amount paid.
