The Hotel Punto Verde has 34 rooms spread over 3 floors (ground floor without balconies, 1st and 2nd floors some have private balconies)… we don’t have a lift but we carry your bags!

Finely furnished with a youthful touch.

All rooms have been hand-painted with different colours and motifs to make each room unique.

Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms.

Daily sanitisation.

Classic Room

Consisting of a double bed, window, private bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, clothes rack.

Balcony Room

Consisting of a double bed, window, private bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, clothes rack and private balcony overlooking our terrace.

Triple Room (3 guests)

Consists of a double bed and a single bed, window, private bathroom, ceiling fan, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, outside drying rack.

Family Classic Room (4 guests)

Consisting of 2 double rooms, connected by a private corridor with 1 private bathroom, windows, 2 ceiling fans, air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, clothes rack.

Family Balcony Room (4 guests)

Consisting of 2 double bedrooms/single beds, connected by a private corridor with 1 private bathroom, windows, 2 ceiling fans, air conditioning, flat screen TV, minibar, safe, clothes rack and 2 private balconies overlooking our terrace.

Sant'Ilarium Room (3/4 guests)

Consisting of 2 adjoining rooms, one with a double bed/single bed, the other with a French bed (1.5 squares), air conditioning, flat-screen TV, minibar, safe, clothes rack and a 25 m2 private terrace with table, chairs and sun loungers.
