We offer very flexible cancellation conditions up to one day before the arrival date.
We guarantee a full refund of the deposit for cancellations made up to 30 days before check-in. For later cancellations, up to the day before, we will keep the deposit; you will earn a voucher with a value equal to the deposit. The voucher is valid for 5 years.
