When we think about summer, the first things that come to our mind are traveling to warm places, with sea and beaches, but it also important to find a quiet place where waking up relaxed and having a good breakfast at the hotel\u2026<\/b><\/p>

The terrace, shaded by huge maritime pines, is the backdrop for a true world tour, where you can sit comfortably and discover the flavours and traditions of Elba and beyond.
We are first and foremost gourmets, lovers of good food and great travelers; we travel the world to offer you a complete culinary experience.<\/p>

Our “project” is based on a daily research that starts with the quality of the products and the characteristics of the different foods, with great attention to food intolerances and allergies<\/b>.
A rich buffet awaits you in the breakfast room, and in the express cafeteria you can enjoy an excellent coffee or cappuccino, numerous teas and herbal teas, barley, ginseng and a wide range of herbal drinks for those who do not tolerate lactose.<\/p>

Upon entering the buffet<\/b>, we find the baker’s basket, a selection of breads made with sourdough and selected flours to make them more digestible. Let yourself be pleased by the aroma of freshly baked bread.
On the sweet side, there is a huge selection of brioches to suit all tastes and fantastic homemade granny cakes.
We offer a wide range of fresh, organic and ecological products such as yogurt, jams, muesli, biscuits, pancakes, crepes, waffles, fresh fruit, porridge, puddings, smoothies, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs, fresh vegetables, pickles, salmon, seeds, dried fruit and numerous superfoods from all over the world.<\/p>

You’ll also find fermented drinks<\/b> like kombucha and kefir or hot alternatives to coffee like chicory, golden milk and much more.<\/p>

You have the opportunity to taste products made on Elba<\/b> such as honey, extra virgin olive oil, vegetables from the garden, goat cheese and typical desserts.<\/p>

Hotel Punto Verde is very careful to satisfy all tastes and we are committed to offering valid alternatives for any intolerance, allergy or food choice.
